PAYMENT REMINDERS: Full or partial payment is due by the second week of each term.

** LATE POLICY: Dancers who have not made a payment or created a payment plan by the second week of classes will be subject to a $25 late fee, and then $25 additional for every month of delayed payment.

Payment is accepted via:
​  • Zelle QuickPay (to: [email protected])
  • check (to: Rivertown Dance Academy) 
  • credit card (+3% processing fee)

    ​Fall 2024 - Spring 2025 Online Registration Portal

    You will receive email confirmation from an RDA Team Member approving your registration within 72 hours.
    If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the RDA Office.

    If you are registering multiple dancers per family, please make sure to use the 'Notes' section at the bottom of the page to specify which dancers are enrolling in which classes. 
    PERSONAL INFORMATION
    ​LEGAL RELEASE & STUDIO POLICY ACCEPTANCE 
    By checking the below boxes, I/we agree to all RDA releases and studio policies, and further agree that failure to comply with stated studio policies, dress code and safety precautions is cause for removal of class by any faculty member.
    REFUND POLICY
    Students are encouraged to make up missed classes. Make-up classes can be arranged through the RDA office. Classes cancelled by RDA are subject to a tuition credit or refund. No tuition refunds will be processed due to student withdrawal or inclement weather closing.
    WEEKLY CLASS REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

    Modern I (M), Hip Hop I (Tu), ​Ballet A (W),Tiny Feet (Sat, 9:15am), Creative Movement (Sat, 9:15am), and Creative Movement (Sat, 10am) are FULL - select the option above or reach out to the RDA Office to be added to the waitlist.

    ** Class enrollment is subject to approval by RDA

    ​Please specify enrollment for families with multiple dancers below.​
    * No individual dancer will be made to pay for more than 6 classes during the fall & spring terms.
    * Families with multiple dancers will not be made to pay for more than 9 classes during the fall & spring terms.​
    ​* Class cards expire 6 months after purchase/activation date. Class cards designated for adult dancers only during the fall & spring seasons.
    I/we hereby consent to all of the conditions put forward by Rivertown Dance Academy on this registration form.
