Halloween Week
We welcome dancers of all ages to wear their costumes all week leading up to Halloween:
Tuesday, October 24 - Monday, October 30

* costumes should be danceable, please avoid costumes which are tripping or safety risks (such as large jewelry or accessories)

As a reminder, there is no class Tuesday, October 31 for Halloween!

Costume Contest

1. Wear your most creative and unique costume.
2. Dancers who request to be entered into the contest will have their photo taken by their faculty member.
3. At the end of the week, the RDA Team will determine a winner!
4. The winner will receive a personalized spotlight post on RDA's social media the week after Halloween.

Halloween Parade
We are excited to once again participate in the famed Tarrytown Halloween Parade!

Choreographed by RDA's resident Halloween Queen, Alex Martin, dancers and RDA supporters will grace the streets alongside the Headless Horseman! Dancers of all abilities are encouraged to join.

When & Where: Saturday, October 28, 5:30pm, Patriot’s Park to Main Street

Three Ways to Participate

1. Parade Route Dancers: Rehearsals on Sunday, October 15, 1:15 - 3:30pm (JCC) & Sunday, October 22, 4:15 - 6:15pm (Annex)
Dancers 7+y/o, adults & beginners welcome!

2. Window Cheerleaders: Non-dancing volunteers are invited to cheer for parade performers from the Annex windows while holding RDA signs. 

3. Parade Route Driver: RDA is looking for a volunteer to lend the use of their truck & their time driving along the parade route. Light decoration and a sound hook-up needed.
