Professional Tap Ensemble
Faculty, Alex Martin & Rachel Binney, with RDA Alumni, Leah Barcelo
These expert tap dancers will have you moving your feet like a jitterbug as they bring a fun mix of choreography and improvisation to the stage.
Swing Dancers
Teen Repertory Guest Artist, Samantha Siegel, and her dance partner AJ Howard
Following their performance, Samantha and AJ, will teach Frost Fest attendees a 15 minute intro swing dance lesson on the historic Music Hall stage. You won’t want to miss the party!
Hip Hop 'Moments'
RDA Faculty, Kiana Gago-Davalos and her performance partner, Brianna Luciano
Please help us in welcoming new RDA Faculty to the stage for her first engagement with our community!
A Solo Tribute
Former Teen & Youth Repertory Guest Artist, Robin Cantrell
Robin has presented her own choreography in over 60 countries (wow!) and has garnered numerous awards and accolades for her dynamic dance films, which create stories through dance and music.
The solo she will perform is a tribute to all of the dancers living and creating in cramped NYC apartments. A study in tangled knots and confined spaces set to the music of Chopin.
RDA Alumni Dancers
Sandy Andrade ('21), Maya Armster ('23), Katie Kudla ('20), Florencia Perez ('23), Charis Polycarpou ('22), Lucie Puleo ('23), & Wave Waldman ('23)
These dancers have all trained extensively with RDA through their youth and teen years, participating in our Repertory program, countless performances and workshops, and have continued their training in some form in college.
We are SO excited to bring these students back to the Music Hall stage, performing a *NEW* piece by one of our favorite choreographers and Spring 2023 Guest Artist, Laura Aronoff.
It’s a reunion you won’t want to miss!
RDA Teen & Youth Repertory
Teen Repertory has performed in every Frost Fest to date, and this year will be no different! They will showcase a new contemporary work by choreographer, Timothy Chester.
It's a debut for the Youth Repertory dancers! We hope you will join us in celebrating these budding dancers as they grace the stage, performing a modern piece by faculty member, Jill Moshman.
