** Participation Policy **
Dancers MUST be present for at least 3 of the 4 remaining weeks for each class in order to perform.
Dancers missing the final week of classes prior to the Open House will not be eligible to perform.
Exceptions will only be made for medical reasons or pre-confirmed absences. Dancers will be responsible for learning/practicing missed material.

Youth Ballet Classes: Levels A (M & W), B (M & W), C (M), D/E (M & W), Teen Ballet (NO Ballet C Wed)
ALL Youth Modern Classes: Levels I, II/III, IV
ALL Youth Jazz Classes: Levels I, II, III, IV
ALL Youth Theatre Jazz Classes: Levels I, II, III, IV
ALL Youth Hip Hop Classes: Levels I (Tu & F), II, III
Tap II, Tap IV (NO Tap I or Tap III)
Contemporary III

Ballet:
• female identifying: leotard, pink tights, dance skirt/shorts, ballet shoes, hair pulled back in a clean bun
• male identifying: black ballet tights, white dance shirt, black ballet shoes, lose hair pulled back
• gender-nonconforming dancers are welcome to choice which costume choice above suits them best
Jazz, Tap, Modern, Theatre Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary:
• all dancers: leggings/form fitting pants, solid form fitting top, appropriate footwear (tap/jazz shoes, etc.), hair pulled back neatly

Schedule of the Day
Dancer call time (level I+): 10:15am
Dancer dancer warm up & run through: 10:30am
Doors open for audience members: 12:30pm
Performance Begins: 1pm
* Dancers are welcome to bring snacks; we ask that they be on the lighter/healthier side (no heavy meals before performing!) and avoid crumbs.

'Know Before You Go'
Information for Dancers & Audience Members
1. Click here for navigatation to the Pocantico Center.
2. Dancer call time is at 10:15am. Audience members are invited into the space starting at 12:30pm. The performance will begin at 1pm. A reception will be offered post-performance, around 2pm.
3. Audience members should proceed to the check-in tent where staff members will guide guests to parking and shuttle van service to the David Rockefeller Creative Arts Center. Only those with names on the RDA guest list (reservation form) will be allowed to enter. All bags will be subject to search upon arrival.
