    RDA Festival 2023 Online Registration Portal

    ** You will receive email confirmation from an RDA Team Member approving your registration within 48 hours.
    If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the RDA Office in the event of a technical glitch.
    The Rivertown Dance Academy Festival
    Registration & Payment Deadline: Saturday, December 17, 2022
    Tech Week: Monday – Thursday, March 20th – 23rd, 2023
    Performances: Friday, March 24th (6:30pm), Saturday, March 25th & Sunday, March 26, 2023 (1pm)
    Dancers are expected to attend weekly in-person rehearsals for every piece in which they choose to perform.
     
    FESTIVAL FEES
    Each individual dancer will be charged $150 per piece, plus an additional one-time $25 registration fee. There is no cap for families or individual dancers as these fees cover the cost of choreography, theatre & space rental, and costuming. Full or partial payment is due by December 17, 2022. Financial Aid is applicable.

    ** Registrations and/or payments received after December 17, 2022 will incur a $25 late fee per piece.
     
    Payment accepted via Zelle QuickPay (to: dance@rivertowndanceacademy.org), credit card (+2% processing fee), or check (made out to Rivertown Dance Academy). 
     
    Please Note: The true cost for each piece is $300. If your family is able to do so, we ask that you consider paying this entire fee to ensure that RDA can continue providing an outstanding dance education and exceptional performance opportunities to all students.
     
    STATEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING
    1. Dancers must attend all classes and rehearsals. If more than two (2) rehearsals are missed, participation in the Festival will be considered at the discretion of the faculty. If a participant is unable to attend a rehearsal, please contact the RDA office as early as possible.
     
    2. Dancers are required to attend all tech rehearsals in the theatre as well as perform in all three (3) performances. If a tech rehearsal is missed without prior consent, participation in the Festival will be considered at the discretion of the faculty.
     
    3. Aside from the fees outlined above, participants in the Festival will not be asked for any additional payments, but will be asked to provide their own tights and/or dance shoes. Please contact the RDA office with any financial concerns; we are here to help.
     
    4. Registration & a full or partial payment must be remitted (or a payment plan must be in place/agreed) by December 17th, 2022. Late registrants will be accepted at the discretion of the faculty. Late registration and/or payment will incur a $25 late fee. There will be no refunds for Festival participation after December 31st, 2022.
    REHEARSAL SELECTION
    Please select which rehearsals you/your dancer(s) will be participating in below. 
    ​    Listed rehearsals do not include weekly classes, for which participation is a requirement for all performing dancers.     ​
    ​** Class enrollment is subject to approval by RDA

    Dancers hereby consent to all of the conditions put forward by the Rivertown Dance Academy Policies & Risk Waiver Form & acknowledge payment, terms, & conditions set forward by this registration form.
