Inclusive Dance Classes
Classes are designed for people with and without disabilities to dance in a supportive and creative environment. Dancers will have the opportunity to experiment with movement, learn phrase work, and create dances. Over the course of the class period, dancers will work through warm up, stretching, and choreography - increasing strength, technique, stamina, confidence, and ability to pick up movement.
